All of the pieces in my shop are hand crafted, with care, in my studio.
& gift wrapped in classic corrugated cardboard pillow boxes tied with ribbons.
Shipping:
Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment, shipping for custom work would be variable.
Domestic Shipping:
Items are shipped via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. We ship in the small priority box which comfortably holds 2 pillow gift boxes, each gift box could hold 2 pairs of earrings or one necklace. Generally 3 to 4 pieces of jewelry would fit, US shipping & handling, prices will vary for International shipping.
International Shipping:
International purchases are shipped First Class International, a tracking number is available for international shipping, however once the package has left the United States tracking becomes unavailable. Purchases over $100 are insured through a third party insurer. Upgraded shipping and/or insurance is available upon request. Please be patient and allow plenty of time for your package to arrive and message me prior to purchasing.
**Customs documents: I must fill out a customs form to ship items to your country. I will indicate that your package contains jewelry merchandise and the exact value of the merchandise in US dollars. I will not falsify customs documents.
**Taxes and Duties: Your country may charge a duty or tax on jewelry or other merchandise coming into your country. Taxes or duties are the customer's responsibility. I will not reimburse for any fees, duties, taxes, or other charges made by your country on my products. Refunds and Exchanges:
My goal is for you to love your new jewelry. Therefore, if your purchase is not what you expect, and you're not elated with it, I will accept a return. Please notify me of any returns. The item should be returned within one week and must be in its original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and shipping expenses are not refundable.
Made to order items are not refundable. Please be sure of your size before ordering.
